No, you don’t, you will learn as you go. Hands on is the best way to learn.

Do I need to have my own gun to use for class?

No, most instructor will allow you to use their guns, and if the range is open, you are always welcome to rent firearms.

What do you wear for class?

Avoid open-collared shirts, tank tops, sandals to protect yourself from hot brass casings.

Do I need to purchase ammunition?

You are welcome to purchase ammunition; most class will provide ammunition during range time.

Will protective Gear such as hearing and safety glasses provided?

Yes, but if you have your own, please bring them.

What do you need to bring?

A valid Government Photo ID

How long is the class?

6 hours long, 4 hours classroom time and 2 hours of range time.

What are the best firearms to use all around?

There is no answer to that, it’s up to your liking, how much you practice and how familiar you are with the platform your using,

practice makes perfect, more hands on, you only get better if you train.
