PRECISE SHOOTING LLC

Precision Is Not What You Do—It’s Who You Become

THE REASON WHY THIS EXIST

PRECISE SHOOTING LLC wasn’t created just to teach people how to shoot. It was built from a repeated pattern; I saw people who wanted to learn but hesitated to even begin.

Not because they lacked ability, but because the environment didn’t feel right. Many felt intimidated, unsure, or worried about being judged and made fun of before even stepping in.

Too many training spaces prioritize performance over understanding, Too much ego, not enough patience.

My name is Frederick Zandre Pascual (ERIC) I am an NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructor, NRA Range Safety Officer,

(NRA #267804367), and Vetted Honolulu Police Department Basic Firearm Instructor

I’ve been around firearms since I was young, but in 2018 I made the decision to truly commit-to understanding not just how to shoot, but what it means to carry responsibility, discipline and awareness.

And through that journey, one truth became clear. People don’t fail because they can’t learn, they fail because they’re not given the right environment to learn in.

This realization became the foundation of PRECISE SHOOTING LLC.

THE MISSION

This is not about just firearms training; it’s about building an environment where people feel comfortable enough to actually grow.

An environment where questions are encouraged, mistakes are part of the process, and progress is built step by step.

No intimidation, No judgement,

Just clear instructions, structured learning, and focus on real understanding.

When people feel supported, they don’t just learn- they gain confidence.

PRECISION IS A MINDSET

Precision is often misunderstood as just accuracy -- hitting target consistently.

But true precision goes far beyond that.

Is the ability to remain compose when pressure rises, to think clearly instead of reacting emotionally.

Precision is control- of your thoughts, actions, and decisions.

It shows up in how you carry yourself, how aware you are, and how disciplined you remain when situations become uncomfortable.

Anyone can learn mechanics, anyone can pull a trigger, not everyone learns control.

And control is what defines precision.

THE EXPERIENCE

When you train here, you are not treated as just another participant.

You are someone I take responsibility for guiding, developing, and helping improve.

That means taking the time to break things down in a way that actually make sense.

It means meeting you where you are - whether you're a beginner or someone with experience.

The goal is not to rush you through information but build a foundation you understand and can rely on.

Because real teaching is not about showing - it’s about making sure it sticks.

SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Everything begins with safety - not just in handling, but in mindset.

Understanding when to act, when not to act, and how to think through situations responsibly is critical.

Skill without control introduces risk.

And risk without awareness leads to poor decisions.

That’s why safety and responsibility are not just topics-they are STANDARDS that guide everything taught here.

WHAT THIS REALLY BUILDS

Beyond technical ability, this training builds something deeper.

Confidence in your decision, awareness of your surroundings, discipline in your actions.

These are skills that extend far beyond the range and into everyday life.

Because the goal is not just about performance-but to improve how you think and respond.

FINAL STATEMENT

PRECISE SHOOTING LLC is not just a place to train - it is a place to develop control, awareness, and confidence

It is about becoming someone who can think clearly, act responsibly and remain composed when it matters the most.

Because precision is not just about what you hit.

It’s about how you think, how you act, and who you become.

Precision is not just a skill - it is a STANDARD.
